King Koil India E-Warranty Term and Conditions. Please review the coverage, exclusions, and care requirements below to keep your warranty valid.
1) What Your E-Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in the mattress core and construction.
- Anti-sag guarantee: replacement/repair for sagging over 20 mm (core only). Surface impressions or depressions under 20 mm are considered normal and not covered.
- Full replacement guarantee applies only to customers who have successfully registered their e-Warranty.
2) What Is Not Covered
- Comfort preference changes (too soft/too firm) after purchase.
- Outer quilted cover issues (the anti-sag guarantee applies to the core, not the outer quilt).
- Fabric damage (tears, stains, burns, pilling, color fading) or odors from fabric/foams.
- Heat sensations while sleeping, quilting pattern feel, or missing quilt stitches.
- Damage caused by improper support or usage on an uneven/unsuitable base.
- Mattress size tolerances within ±12 mm (length/width). For custom/special shapes made using templates, tolerance is ±25 mm.
- Suitability for any medical condition (no medical guarantees are provided).
3) Warranty Period & Proof of Purchase
- Warranty/guarantee runs from the date of purchase.
- If the purchase date is more than 6 months after the manufacturing date, the guarantee period may be calculated from the manufacturing month.
- Keep the following ready for claims:
- Invoice/Tax receipt (Purchase Document)
- MRP sticker/label from the mattress
- Your e-Warranty Registration Number
4) Claims, Inspection & Resolution
- Contact our after-sales team with your e-Warranty Registration Number.
- Our team may conduct measurements using the scale test method to confirm sagging depth (measured from base level to the leveled top quilt height).
- Company’s decision regarding defect nature and applicability of guarantee/warranty is final.
- If you own a pair for a double bed, only the affected mattress will be repaired/replaced.
- Where a model is discontinued/unavailable, we may substitute with an equal or higher priced product.
- We reserve the right to replace only the damaged component (cover/upholstery/bare mattress) if appropriate.
- Non-flip mattresses are analyzed from the top side only.
- Replacement time is subject to product availability; terms/specifications are subject to change without notice.
5) Logistics & Costs
- Customers are responsible for transportation of the product to/from the service point.
- Any service visit/attendance costs related to the complaint may be borne by the customer.
- Replacements are processed through the Authorized Dealer from whom you purchased.
6) Mattress Care Requirements (Keep Your Warranty Valid)

- Use the mattress on a firm, flat, and supportive base—do not place boards between mattress and foundation.
- Do not bend the mattress; flex gently through doorways and avoid folding corners when fitting sheets.
- Follow rotation/turning guidance (for flippable models):
- Jan–Mar: Flip over
- Apr–Jun: Rotate end-to-end
- Jul–Sep: Flip over
- Oct–Dec: Rotate end-to-end
- Keep bedding clean; use a mattress protector, especially if children use the bed.
- Let the mattress air out for 24 hours after unpacking.
- Do not allow the mattress to get wet; avoid cleaning fluids/chemicals.
- Do not stand or jump on the mattress; keep away from fire and smoking on bed.
- Vacuum the mattress periodically to maintain hygiene.
7) Legal
- Items not expressly listed in coverage do not qualify for benefits.
- All disputes are subject to the Delhi jurisdiction.
